WE HAVE A MENU!!!!!
Revised and fine tuned 
but as near to finished as we can at this point!!
AND IT MEETS our criteria 
from non soy soy sauce to oat flour breads!!! 
yea!!
would LOVE some feedback!


WEDDING Tea MENU

At EACH Guest table:

 Surrounding Vase in center of table
Hard boiled eggs
Fruit Selection Grapes Cuties & Blueberries
Each place setting:      1ea Oat Zucchini Bread Muffin
                                    1ea Pumpkin Oatmeal bread cupcakes
                                    2oz Hummus with vegetable sticks  

AT the BUFFET:

BUFFET Serving TABLE: each food item to be pre-plated and available to add to guests tray/plate as they walk the length of the serving table(s)

Menu:
4oz  Sunomono (Japanese Cucumbers)

4oz  Danmuji (Korean Diakon radish/carrot)

6oz Turkey /Spinach Salad w/Sundried Tomatos, Kalamari Olives, Feta Cheese & Sunflower Seeds


Table 2: condiments – choices of Salad Dressings, Soy free Soy Sauce, Salsa
Table 3: Drink station – Hot Water for hot tea, Coffee, Ice Tea, Lemonade
