The ELUSIVE BREAD....

sigh..

i am a bread freak. a bread a-holic, a bread aficionado..
so to me ANY menu must have bread or not be complete..

yea, about that.. (that noise you hear is me banging my head on my desk)... Frustration rules the day.. i found the PERFECT wheat flour substitute and it didnt suck for taste or consistency... only to realize its Tapioca based.. erggh..

so i went on an alternative bread recipe binge.. did you know that there is either Tapioca or Cornstarch in every one i found of premade mixes??

so i started hunting on google and pinterest.. and tried a few.. - lets just say the less said the better on THOSE subjects.. the breads were either inedible or just disgusting. cloud bread was "ok" at best but MUST be eaten same day.. next day was pretty awful...

today tho i found an IRISH oat bread recipe.. its perfect..

well, except for one eeensy weeensy little problem.. the yogurt in the recipe..

now i know i cannot use cows milk or soy yogurt. and i cant make yogurt from nut milks or coconut milk.. i dont actually know if you cant make it from them, i cant USE them in the menu.
so that seems to leave goats milk and rice milk..

CAN one make yogurt from these?? does someone Else make yogurt from these??

and by the way ONE site that is all things goat milk says you use cows milk for yogurt starter. we CANNOT do that ;(

help!!!
