Oat flour Revist and modified menu

tried two recipes using oatflour in one and oatmeal in the second and SUCCESS
tho the second looked a bit funky even the picky eaters seemed to think it ok.. needs something more tho - stronger flavors of maple and added raisons i think

the oatflour one was a huge success tho!!!!! zuchinni bread with oatflour! yea
YEA!!

we did a taste test/ presentation test gathering of bride/groom and several wedding party members yesterday -- enjoyed the dishes, critiqued them and now i am fine tuning what we discussed..
but we APPEAR to have a menu!!!

3 presentation stations to be needed
Station one: Beverages  - 
depending on what equipment is available at site - coffee tea and lemonade & Ice water

Station two: food buffet
trays/chargers to carry food to seating tables
Individual containers for each food item presented:
Meat presentation - either as salad or rice paper spring roll or ???- 6 oz
V8 Aspic- 4oz
Sunomono - japanese cucumber dish 4oz
Daikon/carrot Korean pickle 4oz
Korean stir fry potato/sesame oil 4oz - am considering dropping this one
Hummous with veggie sticks - 2 oz lots of veggies
NEED FRUIT DISH
NEED meat or BEAN or something similar side DISH

Station three - Condiment table
assorted condiments and salad dressings

AT DINING TABLES:one each per person
silverware holders
tea dyed hard boiled eggs
 muffins /breadcakes
